Each family of a person killed during the PTI long march would receive five million rupees in financial support. The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif announced this on Thursday.
A statement came out from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) with the words that expressed his grief. PM was grieving over the tragic deaths during the recent long march of a political party. Prime Minister expressed a comfort and satisfaction to announce financial assistance. He decided to give Rs 5 million each in favour of the legal heir of people who died in long march.
The statement from the PMO mentioned that people who would get compensation money. Those people include the heirs of Moazzam Gondal, Sadaf Naeem, Samir Nawaz, and Hassam Baloch.
The official handout also mentioned that The Prime Minister was also pleased to direct that families should immediately get that the check(s) of financial assistance after completing the procedural requirements.
On November 30,one of Khan’s guards tried to prevent Sadaf Naeem from entering the container. He mistakenly shoved her off the container. The container crushed Mrs Naeem then and there, and she lost her life. As part of the march, Ms. Naeem intended to interview the PTI leader.
The target of a failed assassination was attempt to murder Imran Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), on Thursday in Wazirabad. Moazzam Gondal lost his life while trying to save Khan. Gondal had two sons who were with him in long march.
The container struck the boys, ages 11 and 14, on the Gujranwala-Pindi bypass, killing one of them instantly, according to multimedia journalist Arshad Chaudhry’s tweet.
Our government can’t ease the pain of the families, so it decided to provide them compensation. Family of each person who died during the long march would receive Rs 5 million in compensation.
